Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health
Counselling is a supportive, confidential conversation where a trained professional helps someone explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. It provides a safe space to understand problems, develop coping strategies, and work toward positive change. The goal isn’t to give direct advice, but to help people gain clarity and make choices that feel right for them.

Book NowCoaching
Coaching for mental health and ADHD is a practical, goal-focused partnership that helps people build skills, structure, and confidence in daily life. It focuses on the present and future—supporting areas like organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Coaching is not counselling: it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but instead works alongside or independently of therapy to support growth, accountability, and everyday functioning, especially for ADHD.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a structured, therapeutic process where a trained mental health professional helps individuals understand and work through emotional, psychological, and behavioral difficulties. It often explores patterns from past and present experiences to support healing, insight, and lasting change. Psychotherapy can involve the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Spirituality
Therapy and counselling that incorporate spiritual health address emotional and psychological wellbeing while also honoring a person’s beliefs, values, and sense of meaning or purpose. This approach may explore spirituality, faith, mindfulness, or personal values as resources for healing and growth. The focus is on supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while remaining client-led, respectful, and grounded in therapeutic practice.
Christian Counselling
For individuals seeking guidance that integrates spirituality, I offer faith-based counselling. This approach combines therapeutic techniques with Christian values, supporting personal growth, resilience, and meaning-making. Faith-based therapy is not about preaching, giving religious directives, or replacing professional care with prayer alone—instead, it creates a safe space to explore life challenges, make decisions aligned with your faith, and integrate spiritual beliefs with mental health strategies.
